The Pennaf Housing Group formally came into existence in May 2003, with the establishment of a Group Structure by Clwyd Alyn Housing Association and Tŷ Glas Housing Society.
Members promoted the establishment of Pennaf Ltd as the parent company of the new Group Structure, and both Clwyd Alyn and Tŷ Glas agreed to become charitable subsidiaries of the new company.
The establishment of the Pennaf Housing Group provides: A flexible structure designed to meet the changing and ever more demanding needs faced by service providers today. An attractive umbrella structure for new organisations to enter, whilst retaining their own identities.
